A trained and experienced REALTORTM for over eight years, delivering substantial results when it comes to obtaining knowledge and neighborhood sales, home values, and bank processes.  I have worked with a number of clients and provided them with regular detailed progress reports and noted for referral business.

Transaction Competence

In addition, I play an integral part in all transaction, communicating with mortgage lenders and buyers to obtain financing or buyers for readiness, willingnes, and ability.  Furthermore, I am adept when it comes to negotiating home sales, as well as balancing offers and counter offers.  Backed by significant experience, I take an active role in management and coordination of the mjor stages of every trasaction until contract of sale is completed.
